Do It
The next morning I got to my office at 6:30 and started my
blog. By 7:30 I’d written possibly my worst entry ever. What it lacked in
interesting detail, it made up for by being humorless.
I stared at the
screen for what seemed like hours. “Maybe the best I can do is write about
doing the best I can do,” I said to my laptop. It went to sleep.
“Maybe this is the best I can do today,” I said to myself. “It
will have to do.”
Today I’ll do the best I can do.
