Need Help?
Something Dana said to me rattled around in my brain. She
had worked in her husband’s business, keeping the books, managing staff, and
drumming up business. Apparently she was
good at it.
Her husband admired her for giving that up to help ‘sad
people’, but had told her he couldn’t imagine doing so.
I thought I knew why she had. Helping someone change his
life was one of life’s greatest rewards. I liked to think I’d helped a few people
over the years.
Today I’ll be that someone who helps.
